London ComicCon 2026 was proud to host the reunion of the cast & crew of the 1974 Texas Chainsaw Massacre! And we at Locked in the Cellar made the Texas Chainsaw Kill Shack to honour that occasion.

For this occasion, Brian and I turned our Kill Shack photo op into a replica of the Texas Chainsaw dining scene. We trifted old looking chairs and decorated them with bones, and in the case of the arm chair, actual arms! We created a light out of a skeleton and one out of a (latex) face. We also made a replica of the Saywer’s silly little chicken table, with chicken feet and a head on top. And then I made a whole life-sized armadillo from mostly craft foam, cardboard, aluminum foil and whatever else we had laying around the workshop. And of course we added a whole bunch of bones on strings and other weird shit.
I thought the original Kill Shack Photo-op was pretty messed up, but it was fun to redecorate it in an even more messed up way!
