Privacy Policy

No matter how much you are into horror stuff, when you enter your personal information somewhere online, you don’t want it to fall into the hands of creepy strangers for shady purposes.
That’s why we do everything in our power to make sure that when you order from us your personal information gets locked up securely and never finds it way out again! *MUHAHAHA*

We know you like to stay mysterious, but we do need to know some things from you… What, you ask, and why?

First and last name
Because we want to address you properly, and it also makes it a little easier for your mail man to deliver your orders.

Address
This is also very convenient for the mail man, otherwise it is going to be a great challenge to get your stuff to you.

Phone number
We’d like to be able to reach you quickly in case we have any questions. Also, new international shipping regulations (yes Europe, I’m looking at you!) make it mandatory to collect the recipient’s phone number. Failure to provide this information may result in additional customs delays, fees and the potential for non-delivery (meaning your shipment may either be returned to sender or destroyed).

Email address
To send you your invoice and status updates for your order (check your junk mail folder if you didn’t get these!).
And alright, we’d like to use it to send you a little update every now and then too. But we assume you like that kind of stuff, otherwise you wouldn’t be on our website in the first place. If not, it’s really easy to unsubscribe.

Pictures
If you’re getting a custom made product based on you (eg. matching Third Eye), or a product that contains a photo, you will need to send us one or more photos (duh). These photos will never be used for anything other than the production of your order, and will be deleted/destroyed within 15 days of completion of the order.
If you send us or tag us in pictures of completed make-ups or showing off our props, we assume you are giving us consent to use these pictures on social media and/or for promotional purposes. Please let us know if that is not the case. These photos may be stored for future use.

Life casting
Getting a head (or other body part) cast? If your life cast is intended for a personalized makeup (eg. for a film project), we have to hold on to the mold & cast for production purposes. If you’re getting a life cast for yourself, you will get the mold & cast after they’re done.
We would love to keep a copy of your life cast for ourselves. Having an array of different faces & body parts helps us to make sure that our prosthetics fit on most people. We will not use them for commercial purposes. If you object to this, please let us know.

Custom props/prosthetics
If you ask us to design a custom prop or prosthetic for you, you will receive one or more copies of the final product, as outlined. Unless otherwise agreed, all creative properties as well as the molds remain with us, and we reserve the right to make and sell copies.
